Beaty Construction is dedicated to the safety and well-being of each of its employees. We strive to make the step from safety compliance to total buy in. We continuously look for improvements to achieve a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. Our employees are our greatest asset and contribute significantly to our continued success. Our goal is for each employee to go home safely to his or her family each day.

Each employee is trained for the task they perform and held accountable for safety and quality. Every day starts with a discussion of the day’s activities and risks. A weekly Toolbox talk and monthly Safety Committee presentation provide additional training on pertinent topics.

Beaty Construction is a member of Coalition for Construction Safety (CCS). Beaty Construction has a HAZWOPER trained staff that is capable of working in a variety of Environmental Remediation projects.

Safety Committee

Our safety committee consists of a diverse group of field, office and yard personnel that meet at least once a month to bring a different perspective to the discussion of our safety culture. They tackle the topics that can’t simply be addressed by another procedure or protocol.

Supervisor Training

Our annual supervisor training day allows our leaders to enhance their leadership skills by experiencing instruction on high-level topics outside the standard realm of jobsite safety. Some recent examples of this training include Reasonable Suspicion, Sexual Harassment and Generational Differences.
